A Malaysian is said to be one of the owners of the world's most expensive apartment block in London, Guang Ming Daily reported.
According to the paper, which picked up the story from fashion magazine Vanity Fair, Malaysian retail tycoon Datuk Lim Siew Choon was one of the owners of the One Hyde Park flat.
Lim's unit is believed to be worth RM37.5 million (S$15 million).
The average selling price for 76 units was about RM110 million each, the story said.
The others said to be owners are Ukraine's richest man Rinat Akhmetov; Russian real estate king Vladislav Doronin and Kazakh singer Anar Aitzhanova.
The report also stated that among the features of the luxury apartment block included an exclusive private cinema, an "ozone" swimming pool and room service from the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel next door
