Singapore - It first started with a photo book by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld. Then this Chanel project soon grew to include a travelling photo exhibition that toured the world including major cities like Tokyo, Beijing, London and New York.
We're talking about "The Little Black Jacket", a photo series featuring celebs like Keira Knightley, Sarah Jessica Parker, Milla Jovovich, as well as famed fashion designers, models and more donning the iconic and versatile Chanel jacket.
This photo exhibition will make its Singapore stop soon enough; see The Little Black Jacket at the ArtScience Museum from November 9, 2013 to January 1, 2014.
On top of that, the French luxury house will also display a selection of jackets at the Chanel boutiques in Takashimaya and Marina Bay Sands.
Described by Karl Lagerfeld as an emblem of "nonchalant and timeless" feminine elegance, the iconic Chanel black jacket has been worn and loved by many.
Stars have also been known to join in Chanel's exhibition opening parties; so we're keeping our fingers crossed that some of the famous faces we love may just make their way to Singapore next month too!
The Little Black Jacket exhibition will run from November 9, 2013 to January 1, 2014 at the Singapore ArtScience Museum, opening hours: 10am to 7pm daily.
